When you export a room as a template, you are saving the important parameters of this room's program. This template can then be used for the programming of other systems.

Room templates save your entertainment devices and their control codes. Also saved are automated and simple activities, room power activities, along with client screen graphics.

Since every job uses different user interfaces and control hubs, room specific hardware information is not saved in an exported room template. Advanced device information, such as the URC TRF-ZW ZWave Gateway information is also not stored within an exported room template.
